We utilized a special Insulated Roof Panel System that allows for hidden electrical and mounting of circulating fans, as well as two custom skylights.

This existing patio area was around 10' x 20' in size. This patio area offered a nice extension to the living room and dining room areas. We utilized an insulated base wall system at the bottom of the window wall. The side area was designed with 6' sliding glass doors, and a small fixed window section. The front windows were dual sliding, for added ventilation.

This is the completed "Hill Project". This project was done with special insulated base panels below the windows, at the customer's request. The Patio Enclosure features dual sliding windows for easy ventilation, with 12" Glass Transoms above. Our Glass Wall System was designed to fit within the existing rear patio structure, and we used framing materials to complement the existing house colors.

This is a great example of enclosing an existing patio structure. This area was approximately 200 square feet. The constant dust, wind, and weather conditions left this patio virtually unusable for the majority of the year. The customer's desires were to add additional space to their living and dining room areas by enclosing the patio, and picking up additional square footage. This project was designed as an extension of the dining room area. We renovated the existing roof line to allow for the custom designed conservatory attachment. This conservatory was designed with Automated Roof Skylights, to allow for additional ventilation. An electrical upgrade to allow for new lights, an A/C, and a fan was also included as part of this renovation project. The roof tiles were reset to compliment the new glass conservatory roof line, creating a seamless new look.

This project was designed to meet the customer's exact needs. They wanted a single bay Curved Glass Sunroom Bump-out, with a large 4 Panel Quad Sliding Glass Door System in the front wall. The project also included the removal of the existing stucco wall surface, which was replaced with sheet rock, textured and painted to match the existing style of the house. The room also featured a Tile Floor Package. This Patio Enclosure offers a great outdoor feeling with the comforts of being inside.

The existing patio area, at the customer's request, was enclosed by utilizing two custom 12 foot 4 Panel Quad Doors in each front opening. We utilized 24" glass transoms above both Quad Door Systems. This was a Specially Designed 2nd Story Project. We redesigned the existing small 2nd deck area outside the master bedroom, to extend across the back portion of the house. We designed a 24" solid base wall beneath all the dual-sliding windows in the front and side walls. The Glass Roof System was the finishing touch for this 2nd story master bedroom addition. While enclosing the existing covered patio area, we also created an additional five foot Bump-out, which you can see in the picture above. This project also included an extension of the new Patio Enclosure roof to the left side area, to create a new, insulated roof, covered patio area. The enclosure was finished off with A/C, tile floor, and new pavers for the front area. We created an extra 200 sq.ft. of usable year-round space.

This custom "System 8 Wood Interior Design" utilizing a Straight Glass Roof System is offered with specially engineered timbers, in a Red Oak or Pine option. This project was Custom Designed from the start. It was designed to utilize an All-Glass Roof system, as well as All-Glass Side and Front Wall systems. The project featured large four-panel Quad Doors for entering and exiting the Sunroom easily. The color of the Sunroom aluminum framing was done in a Special Bronze, so as to match the existing house doors and window frames. This picture shows the project at it's initial start point, before concrete work, and/or start of the Sunroom framing.

This is a direct view of the left side, which shows the placement of the lower base panels, below the window sections, and the placement of the custom trapezoid windows and glass transoms above the window sections. The actual windows, as you will see later on in other pictures, are installed after all the fixed and/or transom windows have been installed.

This is a great look at the interior of the Sunroom coming together, with the Glass Roof feature framing really being displayed here. It's important to be precise in the layout of the glass roof, as an incorrect layout will always lead to problems with glass installation.

This is an interior photo of the Completed Sunroom. This project was uniquely designed to be a climate controlled environment to cultivate extremely rare varieties of plants, which will be grown in the custom planters you see here. You can now see the beautiful Glass Features & Color, after the removable of the plastic coverings which protect the glass during construction. We also installed custom automated shades for the Glass Roof System.

This picture was taken from the front area of the new Sunroom, and gives a good view of the installation and placement of the Sunroom's Glass Roof Support Rafters, prior to the actual Glass placement in the roof. Layout and attachment framing are crucial for an All-Glass Sunroom. You can also see in the front wall area that this Sunroom was designed to utilized a large Custom 12' 4 Panel Quad Door System. This Quad Door is located between the 2 windows on the right and left side of it.

Here is a great aerial shot of the All-Glass Roof Sunroom System. You can see how the Custom Roof Glass has a beautiful blue color that offers a special reflective quality. You can actually see when looking at the glass the reflection of the sky and/or clouds in the glass roof panels. This special reflective glass is designed to keep the heat and glare out of the Sunroom.

This angle was taken from back on the driveway, looking back at the completed Custom Sunroom Project. You can see the beautiful clarity and color of the glass, embraced by the Bronze Aluminum Framing Color, really makes a powerful statement. A project such as this adds tremendous value to the residence, and offers an unbelievable final touch to your home.

This is a great example of the installation of the glass in the roof area of the Sunroom. In this picture, you can see that we are glazing the windows from the front of the Sunroom, towards the top and/or roof attachment area of the Sunroom. In this case, we have put three rows of the glass in, and are working on the final row up near the roof. The glass has a special plastic protective coating over it, which we remove when the Sunroom is finished.

This aerial picture was taken of the front and/or Glass Roof section of the Sunroom. You can see the beautiful Blue Colored Glass that is utilized in the Four Seasons Sunrooms Roof Glass System. This Glass is specially designed to be used as Roof Glass, and has unique reflective and energy efficient properties, to enhance the quality of your Sunroom use. You can also see in this picture the Custom 12' 4 Panel Quad Door System that we've installed in the front wall area, between the 2 windows.
